Our team
Some say all great ideas are born over a great meal, for us that absolutely proved to be true. Sharing a pizza at one of our local go-to lunch spots with a close student transportation friend, the concept of Cardinal Innovation came to fruition. With a combined 15 years experience in student transportation and a unique passion for this work we wanted to come together to grow and advance this industry far beyond where it is today.
Like many others in student transportation we were tired of facing the same challenges year in and year out without permanent solutions. We constantly brainstormed and experimented with ideas and processes that we felt would take our transportation departments to the next level. Through years of the trials and errors, with countless breakthroughs and dozens of dead ends we have captured what we feel is the next age in student transportation. With limitless amounts of new and impressive technology we have found ways to tap into and integrate it into a department as well as methods to change the way management operates their department.
Throughout our time working together as both collogues to fellow private sector professionals we have banded our minds together to push the limit of what we knew was possible in student transportation. With experience in almost every facet of the student transportation process on both the district and private side we have seen the industry from all angles. This has created a unique approach that is at the core of the models and processes that we are eager to share with our fellow transportation professionals.
Our History
Founded in 2021, after years of deliberating on the idea of creating a business specifically designed to service we student transportation departments and their challenges, we came together to form Cardinal Innovation in hopes of sharing these with our fellow transportation professionals.
Our Mission
Cardinal Innovation's mission is to become a resources in which we can help dedicated student transportation professionals continue to grow and develop their departments to provide the safest, most efficient and enjoyable atmosphere to Transport Students.
